Jamaica currently has its own Auditing Standards. These were taken from the International Standards on Auditing ( issued by the IAPC) and ammended to some extent to suit the local environment. However, some of you may not be aware that the ICAJ has planned to fully adopt the International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
